When one applies for AP in Multiple entry category they will be given 2 AP dox. lets say if one has used both on travelling like both has stamp of POE can they reuse the same for future travel with in the one year period of validity ?

Recently my company lawyers told me that they summit my LC application using PERM.
What is the estimated time to get the Labor Certification?
Any idea of the GC process time in PR (I think that processing center is Vermont) ?

Based on USCIS's last action rule, the status of an applicant depends on whatever petition is approved last. So, if her H4 is approved after her H1 COS, then she will be on H4.
I am assuming you have applied for H1/H4 extension recently in regular processing. So the chances of her H1 COS getting approved first under premium are higher. So once you get her H1 COS approval, just withdraw her H4 petition.

1. Does it really matter what date the 485 application was filed, if it was filed within the specified time-period ?
I mean, will it matter if someone applied for 485 on July 30th or August 17th, other than trying for an EAD and AP earlier ?
2. Is there a benefit of applying early in the timeframe, in getting an approved 485 ?
Please respond at your convenience.

Let the EAD expire, it makes more sense to use H1B when you enter the country. EAD and Advance Parole should be avoided and be used only as a last resort in extreme cases beacuse of the way immigration rules are carved.

I received a Biometric Apt. through my attorney a month back and I appeared for the apt. The time was coincided with my move so it went to attorney and didnt come to my address.
Now I received another notice dated one month later than the first one. So I want to talk to them and findout if it necessary to appear again.

H1B current until Jan 2010
Nationality: French
PERM approved last April
The lawyer is planning to file this week for i131-i765-i485 (target is wednesday)
Would it be ok for me to travel abroad next week, or are there some travel restrictions after we file the forms?
Do we need an official receipt from USCIS before I can leave the US, or before I came back from the US, or any other restrictions?
Would some of you know?
